Who this is for

Buying teams at retailers, marketplaces and established brands who place seasonal programmes, run repeat orders on core styles, or want to move volume to India. If you are launching a first collection, our low-MOQ page is the better starting point. Both are the same team and the same factory network.

Capacity without a single point of failure

A large programme should not depend on one factory. We work with 80+ verified partner factories across seven hubs: Jaipur, Delhi NCR, Ludhiana, Tirupur, Bangalore, Kolkata and Mumbai. Each style goes to units that specialise in it, so knits are made by knit units and block prints by printing units.

When a programme is bigger than one unit should carry, we can plan it across more than one approved factory in the same hub, working to one approved sample and one specification. You get one costing, one timeline and one team answering for all of it.

Compliance your buyers will ask about

  • Factory-wise certificates. Partner factories hold certifications such as ISO, Sedex, GOTS and OEKO-TEX. Tell us what your market and your customers require, and we match the order to units that hold it. Copies are shared before you order, so you can check the specific unit making your goods.
  • Your code of conduct. Partner factories sign our vendor agreement, which includes a code of conduct. If you have your own supplier code or audit standard, send it with the brief.
  • Product rules by market. Labelling and safety rules differ by country. Our market pages cover the UK, US, UAE and Australia.

Quality at volume

Every style is sampled and approved before bulk. For larger programmes, the sampling stages usually run through fit, size set and pre-production samples, with a top-of-production check once bulk starts. Our sampling guide explains each one.

Our own team monitors production on the factory floor and checks finished goods against the approved sample before packing. If you use a third-party inspection agency, tell us at the brief stage and we plan production around its visits.

Packed to your standard

Retailers have their own rules for labels, hang tags, barcodes, polybags and cartons. Send your vendor or packing manual with the brief and it becomes part of the specification, costing and sampling. That includes carton markings, ratio packing by size and colour, and any barcode or labelling formats your warehouse needs.

Costing and terms

With a complete brief, you get a costing and line plan within 48 hours. Tell us the delivery terms you buy on, such as FOB or delivered to your warehouse, and the quantities per style and colour, so the costing reflects your real order. Our costing guide shows what goes into a cost sheet.

One view of every order

After your first order is confirmed, your team gets a login to the Sourcingo client portal. It shows each style's stage from sampling to dispatch, sample approvals and comments, and due and delivery dates, so your buying and planning teams see the same picture as ours.

Questions

Is there a maximum order size?

We plan capacity per programme. Send your quantities and dates, and we confirm which units can take the work and when, before you commit.

Can you handle repeat orders on core styles?

Yes. Repeat orders run against the approved sample and specification, and we plan them with you so your core styles stay in stock.

Will my designs be shared with other buyers?

No. Your designs are made only for you and are never offered to anyone else.

How long does bulk production take?

Our standard is 45 days from sample approval to dispatch. Very large programmes are planned in delivery windows agreed with you at the costing stage.

Do you work with buyers outside India?

Yes. We work with brands in India and abroad, and logistics support includes customs clearance. Your broker or clearing agent confirms the final duty in your country.
