Become a Sourcingo factory partner

If you make garments, produce fabric, or do embroidery, printing or washing on job work, we connect your unit with brands whose styles suit your machines and skills. There is no fee to join.

What Sourcingo is

Sourcingo is a fashion buying house in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We match brands in India and abroad with the right factory, then run sampling, production, quality checks and shipping.

We work with 80+ verified partner factories across seven hubs: Jaipur, Delhi NCR, Ludhiana, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore and Tirupur. We want to add more units, so every style a brand brings us is made where it is made best.

Who we want to work with

  • Garment units: knits (T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweaters, track pants, nightwear), woven (shirts, trousers, denim, kurtas, dresses), kidswear, ethnic wear and winterwear.
  • Fabric mills and processors: weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing and finishing units.
  • Job workers: embroidery, hand block and screen printing, washing, and other work that goes into finishing a garment.

The size of your unit is not a barrier on its own. What we need to know is what you make well and how much you can make.

What your factory gets

  • Briefs that fit you: briefs from domestic and global brands are matched to your machines, your skills and your minimums (MOQ). You do not have to chase leads.
  • Clear specifications: the brand's tech pack, size chart and label details are with you before work starts. Our in-house designer turns sketches and references into tech packs.
  • Samples approved before bulk: every style is sampled, and the brand signs off fit, fabric and finish. Bulk starts only after that, which cuts the risk of disputes and rejections later.
  • One team to deal with: during production our team is on the floor, and before packing it checks finished goods against the approved sample.

How joining works: four steps

  1. Apply in 2 minutes on this page. Tell us what you make, where you are and your monthly capacity. No documents are needed yet.
  2. Complete the full onboarding form. It asks for company details, capacity, compliance documents and references. Keep your GST, PAN and Udyam numbers handy.
  3. Capability review. The Sourcingo team reviews what your unit is suited to, in styles and in quantities.
  4. Sign the vendor agreement. It sets out service levels, commercial terms and the code of conduct. Your profile then goes live and purchase orders (POs) can be issued to you.

What helps your application

  • Clear capacity numbers: pieces per month, number of machines, and the product types you run. Real numbers rather than estimates.
  • Photos: of your floor, your machines and samples you have made.
  • Certificates or audits, if you have them: such as ISO, Sedex, GOTS or OEKO-TEX. You can still apply without them.
  • A buyer reference: a brand or buyer you have worked for who can speak about your work.

Protecting brand designs

A brand's design is made only for that brand. Partner factories are expected to do the same: never show or sell one brand's design to anyone else. That is how brands come to trust us, and that trust is what brings work to your unit.

Questions

Do I need certificates to join?

No. The first step needs no documents. Certificates or audits such as ISO, Sedex, GOTS or OEKO-TEX make an application stronger, but you can apply without them.

Can a small unit join?

Yes. We work with brands of different sizes, and many order in small quantities. Give us your real capacity, so the briefs you get are ones you can deliver comfortably.

Do I pay anything to join?

No. There is no fee to join Sourcingo. You complete the onboarding form, share the required documents and sign the vendor agreement.

What happens after I apply?

The next step is the full onboarding form, with company details, capacity, compliance documents and references. Then the Sourcingo team does a capability review, you sign the vendor agreement, and your profile goes live.

Is work guaranteed once I join?

Briefs are matched to your machines, skills and minimums, so how much work comes your way depends on what brands need. We do not promise any fixed order volume.
